Equine photography by Manuela Stefan

I have always envisioned photographing a white horse. There is a dreamy quality to such an exquisite looking animal. Following a series of ‘coincidences’ I found out about the white horses of Camargue, France. Without hesitation I decided to travel there so I could materialize my vision. I really did not quite know what to expect and all I have to say is that the experience was beyond everything I could have thought of. I recently put together a fine art book with photos from this journey and I am attaching a few of my favorite spreads below. Enjoy!

  1. These are beautiful pictures Emanuela. I especially love the one with the white horse turning it’s head slightly towards it’s backside, ears pointed forward and a ruffled mane. Looking forward to seeing you at our get together on March 6th, hope you can make it and meet up with all us.

  2. What a wonderful show… you have created a beautiful new journey it seems.
Follow your passion I look forward to hearing about your new adventures!
